Thank you to Christine from Etsy for discovering my junk-filled apartment via Flickr and for suggesting I be part of Etsy blog's "Get the Look" series.
I'm completely honored that I was selected and happy to show everyone my home.
I finally finished the broken rib cardigan I knit a while ago. The pieces were finished a few months ago, but I just now got around to finishing it. It will be a great jacket to wear on chilly days.
I am loving these pieces from artist Duncan Johnson. They are created from reclaimed wood, cut and assembled in to a "canvas". They look like they could be modern quilts!
I am loving the South Pacific vacation iPhone photos of my Flickr friend David Takes Photos. It'd be a nice place to be right now considering it was 2 degrees (-16c) here today!
I was watching TV last night and realized that I wasn't accomplishing anything. So I got up and challenged myself to make 5 minute collages. Above are two of the better ones.
I am big Lord of the Rings fan. So I totally freaked when I saw what the fabulous Wary and Meyers team found... this amazing illustration at an estate sale. Imagine this hanging on your wall... SWOON!
